This class is for you if you’re craving playful, feel-good movement, want to connect with your body in an empowering way, or are ready to release tension and build strength with ease. Explore flowing yoga to energize and unwind, breathwork for relaxation, and a sensory-rich experience with music, mindful touch, and awakening practices—all in a supportive space to embrace your body and feel amazing.

This class is for you if you experience tightness in your hips, pelvis, or lower back, struggle with pelvic tension or discomfort, feel disconnected from your body, or want to understand how your pelvic floor impacts your wellbeing. You'll engage in gentle, intentional movement to release tension, breathwork to promote relaxation, and mind-body techniques to help you feel grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself.
