NOTHING IS TMI, EVERYTHING IS TLC
Let’s talk about what no one else will. Because pelvic health, desire, intimacy, and body trust deserve thoughtful, trauma-informed support that fits your actual life — not just a list of exercises.
HEALING STARTS WITH BEING HEARD...
Here, no topic is too awkward, no symptom too weird. We talk about the things others avoid, so you can finally get the care you actually deserve. Before exercises. Before advice. Before anyone tells you what you “should” be doing.
WHAT IF YOU COULD HAVE:
A space where your loss of desire, pain, or disconnect isn’t minimized, but understood in the context of your real life.
A way back to intimacy, comfort, and pleasure that feels safe, gradual, and actually doable.
Support that looks at your nervous system, routines, roles, and mental load, not just your pelvic floor muscles.
Care that helps you feel at home in your body again, whether you’re postpartum, in midlife, or somewhere in between.
You can. And it starts here.

“I cannot recommend Nadya and Medusa enough! I started working with Nadya for pelvic floor pain. When I became pregnant, she was so essential for my pregnancy journey. Her pregnancy and postpartum treatment is phenomenal. Any pregnant person could benefit from this program! I had the birth I envisioned and Medusa was a huge part in making that happen”

ABOUT US
I’m Nadya, and I built the clinic I wish I’d found sooner. Pelvic health is personal. So is this work.
I created Medusa because I’ve been where you are—looking for something real and sustainable, something that truly gets the messiness of life. As a pelvic health occupational therapist, I know healing isn’t perfect. It’s raw, complex, and rarely linear—but it’s always possible. I approach pelvic floor therapy differently, through the lens of routines, roles, nervous system regulation, sensory processing, identity shifts, and lived experience. This isn’t traditional exercise-based rehab. It’s integrative, trauma-informed care designed to help your body adapt with more joy and less effort.
TEND|HER
Caring for Mothers Whose Postpartum is Often Unseen
Tend|Her is a compassionate support initiative providing postpartum care boxes and community-based help for mothers whose recovery is often overlooked, specifically NICU moms, mothers healing from birth or neonatal loss, and displaced or immigrant moms navigating immense physical, emotional, and logistical challenges. Tend|Her delivers tangible care, covering physical recovery, comfort, and practical needs, so mothers feel seen, supported, and held during an incredibly vulnerable season.
You can support Tend|Her by donating items, sponsoring a care box financially, or partnering as a provider or helper (such as doulas, therapists, meal services, cleaners, or other care professionals) to directly impact moms who need it most
WHY WORK WITH US
Most pelvic health practices focus on muscles, internal work, and exercise programming. That model helps many people — and sometimes it’s exactly what’s needed.
But if you’ve “done the therapy” and still feel disconnected, overstimulated, exhausted, or unsure why nothing feels good anymore, there may be more going on.
We look at how pregnancy, postpartum, midlife, stress, sensory load, trauma, and daily demands shape your nervous system — and how that, in turn, shapes desire, intimacy, pain, and pleasure. When we support regulation and real-life rhythms, sexual health and pelvic function often shift with it.
WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT
We are not sex therapists and we are not a traditional pelvic floor clinic.
We are occupational therapists who understand pleasure, intimacy, and body trust as daily living skills — shaped by context, safety, identity, and capacity. We are trauma-informed, but not in that stiff, clinical way.
That means fewer generic exercise sheets, fewer symptom-chasing plans, and more thoughtful, collaborative work that helps healing actually translate into your life.
If you’re looking for highly hands-on, exercise-heavy pelvic floor therapy, we’re happy to help you find a great fit. If you’re ready for something deeper, more integrative, and more human — you’re in the right place.
